Exposin’ Komen: SGK’s shown their true colors and they AIN’T PINK

Join us in asking the public to:

Boycott the Race
Donate to better organizations
Return Pink-washed Merchandise

You are invited to join  Women of Occupy Seattle, Seattle Gender Equality Caucus, and Seattle Clinic Defense as we greet the arriving attendees of the  Susan G Komen Foundation Grace Notes Gala with a Song-in and Picket line.

What we’ll be doing:
Surrounding the Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Song
Collect donations by check for Planned Parenthood
Gather pink items to wash RED and return to SGK

This will be a peaceful action, but not a silent one.  Along with Singing, we will MicChecking SGK with disturbing facts about their pink washed fraud.

Support this action by:
Wearing PINK to be splashed with RED paint
Bringing Signs (suggestions on FB page)
Bringing Buckets to collect Pink-Washed items

My sign might say something like, “Your $300 dinner could have funded _ breast exams for poor women.

All you have to do is come up with a way of presenting them as though they’re an endangered species. ‎”Save the titties!” :P

Oh all of them with visible signs of cancer and the signs read “who is gonna detect this?”

Isn’t there a mobile mammogram clinic? Let’s invite them to do mamograms with us in front of this fundraiser!
